SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order processing, shipping timelines, and returns or exchanges are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Custom-made products, including wallpapers, are non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel a product or services (customisations of print or design) within 2 hours of payment, provided that the services agreed within the contract have not already started.
We do not offer refunds on customised products (custom-sized products, custom designs).
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
We strive to process and deliver all orders promptly. While estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience, they are approximate and may vary based on location and external factors. Orders are typically dispatched within the agreed timeframe, but delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of payment confirmation.
All items are securely packed using protective, rigid packaging to minimize transit damage. If any visible damage occurs during delivery, please note it immediately on the delivery receipt and inform us promptly.
Since we rely on third-party courier partners, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. If a shipment is delayed, no refunds will be issued until 28 days after dispatch if the package remains undelivered.
