Delivery & Returns

Kabegami (a brand of United Prints & Media) is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. Most orders are accompanied by a small note describing the concept/process/making, etc. (look out for yours!) We ship throughout the week, except at weekends & public holidays. To ensure that the quality and handling of the product is not compromised, we only ship through reputed agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area, please write to us at info@kabegami.in and we will help you out.

Please note by purchasing from Kabegami you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.


Delivery
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India typically takes 5 working days after dispatch (depending on location).

  • Packaging: All products are securely packed in protective, rigid packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please note it with the courier and inform us immediately at info@kabegami.in

  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted third-party couriers and are not liable for delays or issues beyond our control. Refunds or replacements for delayed shipments are only processed after 28 days from dispatch.


Returns & Cancellations

Before placing the order, please read item descriptions and note details mentioned for each product on the website carefully.

  • Order once placed is non-refundable. All products are made to order and we do not do exchange of products.
  • Orders for customized products (including custom-sized wallpaers and custom designs) cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

  • Non-customized products may be canceled within 2 hours of payment if processing has not started.

  • If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect caused by Kabegami, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please report such issues with photos within 48 hours of delivery to info@kabegami.in

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. However, if your order(s) is damaged during shipping or an incorrect order is delivered to you, please follow the instructions hereinbelow:

We only replace a damaged or incorrect order, if informed within 2 working days from receiving such order(s). If you would like to request the same, please write to us at info@kabegami.in
