1. Order Cancellation
· Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.
· After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may follow the return process outlined in our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to, stock unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or issues with payment. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
2. Custom Orders
Custom orders (e.g., personalized wallpapers or custom-sized prints) cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review your custom order details carefully before submitting.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Eligibility:
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Deductions:
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges for orders already in transit are non-refundable.
